发现的确没时间看单词了, 但是我单词基础好薄弱啊!!!现在只能每天抽空听听toefl的串讲......

做阅读的时候没有单词感觉寸步难行, 主要是工作也不要用到英语, 考4/6/t的时候单词全是混过去的, 没有仔细背, sigh

结合how the funds perform,可以看出how做conjunction,侧重讲如何表现,即表现的方式和方法(没有副词how, to what degree or extent的意思),而不象performance,侧重表现的结果

(D) fees of investment officers to be based on the performance of the funds they manage, several corporations have begun（D）

(E) that investment officers’ fees be based on the performance of the funds they manage, several corporations began

未划线部分也有个their，而这个their指代corporations,这样一来就跟划线部分的they指代officers，全句指代不一致了。

不能理解-_-|||
