chicago interviewer selection..-Help

Hi guys, i got chicago interview invitation in the afternoon on last friday.. i went through the scheduling of off-campus interviews process.. the searched result came up with one name and his company email as his contact information.. i did not send the email immediately because it was friday afternoon. now is sunday,, i finished the drafting of email and ready to send to him on monday morning.. i loged in the online system and checked his contact information again. but the wired thing happened, the name of interviewer based on my location changed to another lady.. ??? since we can not confirm the interviewer until receive the confirmation from the interviewer .... now i am confused.. who should i send the email ? who should be my interviewer.. already drafted an email to the admission officer and send to them on monday ..

Did anyone has the same situation? please help ..

Try to contact the person who sent the interview invitation from Chicago GSB and check whether he/she would help. Contact the assigned interviewer asap.

thanks for your advise..i got the email from school admission ..so nobody i can contact except the interview cooridinator..  i already sent an email to the interviewer coordinator. waiting for the reply. 

contact the assigned interviewer? which one? the first one or the second one ?

i prefer the first interviewer... could i still send him the email ? ask for help?

I won't.  The interviewers generally get a lot of interviews scheduled around this time of the year.  If his name didn't show up when you checked, then maybe he has someone assigned for that day already.  Talk to the interview coordinator and see if he/she can help you get a slot with the person you wanted.

hehe..just got the reply from school..i can contact the first guy..as my interviewer.. they are so helpful..
