AI：说一个组织的领导最重要的能力不是计划、组织和解决问题而是帮助其他员工分析问题并激发员工完成工作的热情。

第一个是Argument：校医院不如私立医院治疗效果好的那道题。大意是：校医院雇的人少，工资少，康复率低；医生做科研、教学同时看病，所以不如其他私立医院治疗效果好。
第二个是issue：有人认为outside experts的advice是organizations应该听从的，有人说应该only place value on 组织中highly experienced employees的意见。
