2题，lDoce里说however有一个特殊解释：however=no matter how (much/many)...

要求在白天开车灯的法令可以阻止撞车事故的发生。然而，由于远离赤道的国家比接近赤道的国家白天能见度低，所以这样的法令应该对这些远离赤道的国家作用大些。而事实上也正是如此，那些有白天开车灯法令的国家的确比美国大陆更远里赤道。。

对于第2题，平行结构是比较容易看出来的。谢谢对however much的解释。

25题，我还是不太清楚。是你说的aimed at xxxx, improved xxx平行，还是decreasing xxx 和improving xxx平行呢？我贴出来的是正确选项。

我对题意的理解是decreasing xxx 和improving the efficiency都是aim at的内容。所以是这二者平行。

第二，aimed这里是过去时还是过去分词？怎么区分这里是过去分词做定语呢？
