第二句讲非B推出非A。
题目的意思则是在什么条件下，第一句或者第二句的逻辑关系不成立！
本文的关键点是报社是否是镇内的报社决定了它的可读性，而与报纸的内容无关！
D选顼则指出the Daily Bugle 的主要人员都在本镇内生活超出十年以上，所以care  about the people of Gotham City！
而B选项则完全脱离了本文所提的逻辑关系，没有从组织所属的关系来回答，仅仅从报纸的内容多少来回答，与本文内容不符！

这些日子我看了LSAT和OG后，最大的体会就是逻辑的正确答案必须与原文所提内容是相关的，而不能横空出现不相关的内容！
上面的题目就是此原则的典型！
