20 minutes is correct. I got the same question from GMAT Prep Test 2. strange. looks like real test using some quesiton from Prep.

我的算式是先換算

4/60=1/15,   1/15*5=5/15

20/60=1/3,   1/3*5=5/3

5/3-5/15=20/15

(20/15)除1/15=20(min)!! 答案不一樣><

题目没有说继续行驶时同方向的还是不同方向的，如果是同方向的，有是另外一个结果。

N有几种可能 等同于140有多少个不同的小于140的因子

140 = 2^2 * 3^1 * 5^1

N = (2+1) * (1+1) * (1+1) - 1 = 11; So the answer should be 11.

FYI -

Generally, if n = m1^k1 * m2^k2 * m3^k3 * ...

The total number of factors of n = (k1+1) * (k2+1) * (k3+1) * ....

389.还有一题我记得JJ上说答案是A 1.5, 我算了一遍是25

提干: 35% of a number is decreased by 15 , the result equal 25% of the origin number, 问原数
   

15- X*35%==25%X,  求出X为25.   如果我错了希望不会误导大家.

I think it is x*35% - 15 = 25%x

so x = 150

Select three couples, and the number of selections is C(4, 3)

For each scenario in which three couples have been selected, select three people, each from one couple, and the number is 2 * 2 * 2

So the total number is C(4, 3) * 2^3 = 32

直接合併(1)(2)條件

因為(2)

所以

m: ax+by=c

l: ax+by=d

(1)

x截距代y=0

m: x=c/a

l: x=d/a 

m>l >>>>>>  c/a > d/a  >>>>>> c>d

題目Y截距代 x=0

m: y=c/b

l: y=d/b

因為 c>d >>>>>> c/b > d/b 題目成立 選C 煩請指教

388.题干: 某人的 taxable  income == total income --  some deductions , 其中一种deduction 为donation, 此人作出的donation 导致了 income tax 减少了217 刀, 问donate了多少钱. 1  高于7500的taxable income 按照固定税率28%交税 2 此人taxable income为7753 我花了5分钟读明白了: tax amount = taxable income * tax rate(题干没说tax rate是固定的)==(total income- some deductions)* tax rate,  而 donation(一种deduction)* tax rate ==217.         答案我选的C
