如果你已经有了很深刻的自我认知（Self-awareness ——斯坦福及其强调的个人素质），并且能将之清晰地很有激情地用What matters most to you表达出来；如果你的事业方向明确而有影响，尤其创业和VC这两项又是斯坦福可以信手拈来帮到你的地方（其他方向斯坦福也很强：）；如果你崇尚自由、激情、创意和理想；如果你想周围的人际氛围的主调是合作与和谐；如果你喜欢加州耀眼温暖的阳光；如果你喜欢大大美美可以撞到千种鸟类各种小动物（近期我们发现了小狐狸和浣熊，无数的小松鼠：）的校园；如果你想试试全美第四的高尔夫球场。。。呵呵，斯坦福是最好的地方

To me stanford is like a dream that has been so beyond reach that i never hazard a try till today. This thread has been iluminating and a big hit on me. Frankly though i had thought of any other B schools (except H and S) as possibilities, Stanford had never been on my list simply due to the notorious fame for selecting only young talents (feel so amused when i read a post on CD proclaiming Stanford as pedophilia.
