gtbsrd2, 1) It depends on the person. In my opinion, the work load at Stanford is probably lighter than many other schools. 2) Things changed quite a bit this year. But you got most the information right. 3) 100 units, which is roughly 25-30 courses. The split between "core" and "elective" is around 50/50. 4) It's not exactly a bidding system. We call it "super round", and everyone has two choices for the high demand classes. You can also combine the two, which is called "zero round", which is for the ultra hot classes. Just out of curiosity, why are you interested in this information? I don't think knowing this enhances your chances very much, because the questions you asked are way too detailed. |
