good work, Lao CUI! We are here for more than one month, the study life is really different from the working. everything is NEW, except the Accouting, hehe, sorry. One more tips for candidate, If you plan to joint the 2007 FT MBA, u d better to learn a little Accounting knowledge before you come here. (only if you r not the accounting background), BTW, the accounting professior is so smart. and u can really learn sth from him. I feel happy that We have 23 mainland students this year, and Hope we can have more and more later. Remember: More classmates doesnt mean U may lose the chance to get the good job, we are not competitor. if there is the competition, that is the competition between business school, not individuel. the job already there. only when the whole reputation of our MBA program was well recognized. we will find the good job is more and more close. Lots of alumni are working for that already, we have the alumni sharing last week, to introduce some finance information in HK, about working in IB and Hedge Fund, etc This sharing is only warm up, we will get more guidence whatever study or hunting job. I know most of you are still considering which school is good for you. My idea is "try to find the right one". if you want to work in HK or China, it is not bad to come here. all your classmates may work around HK. The working after MBA does not only depends on the reputation of the school, it may rely more on the your personality and alumni networking. |
