however后面是讲了一个对比：EC和FTA之间的。在EC integrate的过程中，尽管有很多因素起作用，但是protectionism（保护主义吧）不是个主要因素；相比之下，保护主义在FTA就特别明显，bilateral initiative就是用来防止保护主义增长的。
  

讲完这些对比，又nonetheless一下，再转回正题，尽管有这些不同（起源和性质上），regional developments 还是如何如何重要。。。

那个争议题肯定选D，除了偶前面讲的理由，再补充一点schedule的用法：

schedule: verb.[usually passive] to arrange for sth to happen at a particular time，例如

The meeting is scheduled for Friday afternoon.

在那个E选项里which require workers to stay until the last day that they are scheduled to collect，they指代workers，workers 是不能被scheduled to collect的。或者，就当这个they指代不清喽。嘿嘿！

偶也觉得闹闹酷得要4鸟，不行鸟，偶鼻血都出来鸟，好像看见钱一般开心涅。。。

汇报一下，今天完成爱鼻涕OG的听力部分，段子都超长滴，不停打呵欠，太没种了偶。。。不过。。。还真不容易对付的说，唉，得下狠工夫鸟。。。
