从形式上看几乎是一样的，而且注意og上E选项的解释，表明do 一定不能省，不然加上that也可以，助动词省略是在不引起歧义的情况下的，如果这里省略就变成fat和livestock 比较了就像上面的protein和wheat比较一样

而且c也比较平行wild animals have ...and have . b 的格式不平行要改成less of ...and more of 才正确 。

所以应该选c

比较句do 可以省略也可以不省略，也可以倒装，这点上托福的时候记得老师就讲过。

我也觉得这两句比较而言，than that of 用法也应该对阿！奇怪了？

我选的C 觉得B的确存在littledou前辈说的情况 虽然大家自己都可以判断对于B当中 wild animals跟livestock做比较  但是没有do 就是一种effectiveness的错误 而且可以作为比较对象不明确的排除依据 C就用that指代消除了这种比较的不足 animal fat vs. livestock fat比较的概念上是十分对等

前面的比较livestock后面有(fed on grain)修饰,不加助动词不会有歧义
