To be sure, C says that it only needs to be fed once. If any other food is in front of the lavae, then it won't pick up the baterium, and some human beings won't get infected.

对D取非，如果96年合法的捕获量少于9000吨，那么什么比92年前水平低9000吨就不成立了。

Thank you for your inputs

I thought I've made a mistake.I want to explain choice C in another way which has distorted the meaning of my own.

What I want to say is that its a probability problem.

If deer tickes pick up the bacterium when it grows up ,the conclusion will be threathened as well.

But it seems not the meaning of the choice C.I thought choice C is also a solution,which means deer ticks only once feeded in larval stage,to that question.

I have fabricated a answer myslef ,hehe.But thank you MBZ .
