如果说Kravonia有degree的人工资比没有degree的工资高，是因为Kravonia地方缺少degree的人，也就是C取非的说法，那我们可以推出，未来4年内大量的大学毕业生涌出，Kravonia会不缺少degree的人。那时，他们的工资和那些没有degree的人就不会有差别了。换句话说，C取非的话，原结论不成立。所以C是答案。
