Shipping Clerk:  The five specially ordered shipments sent out last week were sent out on Thursday.  Last week, all of the shipments that were sent out on Friday consisted entirely of building supplies, and the shipping department then closed for the weekend.  Four shipments were sent to Truax Construction last week, only three of which consisted of building supplies.

 

If the shipping clerk’s statements are true, which of the following must also be true?

 

1. At least one of the shipments sent to Truax Construction last week was specially ordered.

2. At least one of last week’s specially ordered shipments did not consist of building supplies.

3. At least one of the shipments sent to Truax Construction was not sent out on Thursday of last week.

4. At least one of the shipments that were sent out on Friday of last week was sent to Truax Construction.

EAt least one of the shipments sent to Truax Construction last week was sent out before Friday.

答案是E. 做的时候也不知道怎么蒙对了,但是看不懂题干的意思(看了所有的讨论贴都在讲选项,也没看明白,晕),哪位能帮我翻译一下啊,谢谢

五批货星期四发（specially ordered shipments)
星期五发的货全是building supplies
之后再没发货
四批运往Truax construction的货有三批是building supplies，那有一批肯定肯定是specially ordered shipments, 不就是星期四发的么？不就是before friday

这样考虑只是建立在specially ordered shipments和building supplies没有交集的前提下，但是B项说At least one of last week’s specially ordered shipments did not consist of building supplies.意思是specially ordered shipments还可以包括building supplies.如果这样的话我认为B是对的。四批中有一批不是building supplies,那它肯定是星期四发的那批货当中的，所以星期四的specially ordered shipments当中肯定至少要有一批货不是building supplies这样才有可能成立。

我觉得这个交集没啥关系呀.注意原文说的是"上周发到冒地的4个货里面,有3个是building supplied,另一个不是building supply(这是原文明确说出来的), 而周5发走的全是building supply",也就可以说那一个不是building supply的货肯定是在周5发走的.

2. "但是B项说At least one of last week’s specially ordered shipments did not consist of building supplies.意思是specially ordered shipments还可以包括building supplies."

我觉得B项好象推不出来specially ordered shipments还可以包括building supplies呀.而且还有个问题是文中没说周1到周3是怎么样的.我觉的B是不对的.

B项中的consist of不是包括的意思么？如果specially ordered shipments里面可以包括building supplies,那三个building supplies也就有可能是周四发货中的specially ordered shipments里面的喽。那么既然只有一批货不是building supplies里的，那说明specially ordered shipments里面肯定至少包括一批货不是building supplies。

这样B不就对了。

我的问题就是说题目中是否暗含specially ordered shipments里面可以包括building supplies,也就是说specially ordered shipments范围更广泛一点哦。。。

有可能包含,但是不影响解题.

不能得出这个结论的.因为不能得出另外的一批货是包含在周四的specially ordered shipments里面的.就象我6楼说的,我们不知道周1-3的信息,不能得出另外的一批货是在周四发的.能得出的是E.
