D is also flawed in that the plural pronoun they does not agree with the singular noun administration.

41，OG10版网上下载的version是有很多typo错误的，这里标点符号应该是逗号。

42，worried插入语成分，修饰主语the current administration，句子的谓语只有一个——has formed。

关于42还是不太明白，worried 怎么做为插入部分？过去分词么？不可能吧，过去分词就变成 be worried by ...
