不大懂：

此题的重点应该不是besides的用法，兄弟，注意看后面这一句"may also play a role in reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke"与reducing平行应该用preventing or inhibiting，而不是 possibility

preventing 、 inhibiting是动名词修饰the brewed leaves of Camellia sinensis
  

我觉得这题是个逻辑上的问题，一开始我也在考虑是不是besides的用法，不过，根据语法考试的倾向，越来越注重句子表达的思想和逻辑。如果将此句子仔细研究后，应该会得出这个句子里的动作存在逻辑上的平行关系。

这里，must是必要条件

但是，a 里面的only 呢？？？
