你们说是句子断了？我觉得换个思路看看

a deal to make it the 。。。这里的不定式修饰谁？

1，如果目的状语，the computer company ...to make it 这里的it 有问题，应该用itself（逻辑主语） 否则容易只待不清以为it=deal

2，如果修饰a deal  则关系混乱

补充一下好了. 我刚刚被 pay for the cost 搞的烦死了. 说的不清不楚

1.The computer company has announced that

2. it will purchase the color-printing company for $950 million as a part of a deal   

3.to make it the largest manufacture in the office color-printing market.

把句子分三半. 这里可以是

a.2+3 都是 announced 的内容. 

b.也可以是做2是为了完成3

问题第一点当然是歧意

再来就是如果是第二种情形 "purchase the color-printing company for $950 million as a part of a deal"   

这里就有点不清不楚. "as part of a deal" ... what deal???  犹如天外飞来一笔, 不知所指

用"that" 来说就清楚多了.

当然allen 这个 itself 用的也蛮好的.

另外：：提醒大家多关注prep的数学，八月JJ里有多题prep的变种。还有一个争议题，就是那个2@6
  =6@2 的DS题，证明我和3M的观点是正确的，即不管是加号还是乘号，只要这个等式成立就行。在prep里有此题的变种，但结论是一致的。

另外，还有一题方差的变种，就是加入一个数会不会是方差变小

还有几题，没映象了，不过prep里考到最小公分母与倒数的概念，建议大家留心。JJ里虽然没有出现，不过我有预感。。。。

B错在哪里呢？是不是hormone不可数？不能用a修饰？还是有别的错误？
