The intolerable flaw in D is that it disorts the meaning of the original sentence. The first half of the orginal sentence says that among the energy produced in France, 75% of it comes from nuclear power. The sentence then makes a comparison that in Germany, over 33% of the energy produced comes from nuclear power. But when you look at D, it's trying to say that IN FRANCE, over 33% of the energy comes from neclear power in German, another contry. When we check if the format is parallel, more important thing is to make sure if it's logically consistent.

D的好

1.紫草MM(偶也是很佩服的哦)说的那句话的意思是the energy 的问题,其实这个the energy 之所以加了the是因为前面有修饰33 percent of ,跟法国的那个一样

论据:还记得初中的时候老师讲:make of和make from的的区别么?

此题为D，可以下定论了。。。

一、在正常语序中，

1、not only...but also...后面所接成分应该整齐对称，要么都是名词/动词，要么都是介词短语等。例子太多就不一一列举了。

2、短语本身不可以加入其它成份，比如变成：not only...but it also...是错误的（因为破坏了平衡）。

3、该短语中间不可以增加其它成分，但可以简化为:not only...but...（所连接成分依然保持平衡对称）。但是从书面语角度考虑，前者要好于后者。

二、在倒装语序中，

倒装语序中Not only + 系动词/助动词 + 主语 + 动词原形..., but + 主语/代词 +（助动词）+ also + 动词（原形）...表达是正确的。之所以重复主语，并非连接两个主语，而是为了前后句子对仗的工整将主语补足，真正连接的是主语的两个不同的谓语动作。又因为Not only在句首已经倒装过了，故而but also后面的从句可以用正常语序。天山此句及GWD该题中都是该用法。
