题目中给的结论是因为对捕杀goose的ban太严厉，导致goose太多，因此影响其他的鸟类。

然后让找出一条undermine以上结论的选项。

B， 往年每次在schedule date之前，因为 goose被猎杀太多，所以导致ban开始生效，因此被猎杀的数量就大大少于如果没有ban的情况。 由此可以推导出如果没有ban，goose的数量会大大减少，这是对原文结论的strengthen, 而不是undermine。

D，因为很多goose跑出别处过冬，就算ban取消了，也不可能对goose的数量产生多大的影响，因为狩猎只是在southern regions而已，也就是goose过冬地的其中一处。是对结论的undermine
