BIt has been many years since the restriction led to the hunting season for snow geese being closed earlier than the scheduled date.很快就杀完了5%的限制，所以dropping this restriction不会起到应有的效果 weaken

我的理解正相反。

B is strengthing the conclusion，因为以前每次都因为捕杀量太大而提前关闭狩猎期，说明很多goose被大量捕杀，这时如果把ban给撤掉，会导致goose大量的减少。

D is weakening the conclusion. 因为goose已经跑到别处过冬了，就算ban撤掉了，还是不会有大量的goose被捕杀。

C 吧。 因为文已经讲过了the machine is expensive, 所以要降低diagnostic cost， 就必须用的人很多，这样平均下来费用就低了。then we have to take into consideration the number of patients who will use the machine.

我觉得比前面的GWD简单很多的样子……

对，B是加强，被题目绕了一下，正好可以解释5%的捕杀并没有控制snow geese的增加。

题目是要weaken

B 恰好说明了这个去掉restriction 并不能 使其他的鸟恢复
