[求助]05年的退款还没收到

到现在都两个半月了,还没是收到退款呢

我是于2005年12月30号收到Gmat的退款的通知,如下:

Thank you for contacting GMAT.

Regarding your inquiry:

We have processed your request for a refund. A refund check in the amount of
US$250. will be mailed to the address you provided.  lease allow time for mail
delivery.   

We hope this information is helpful.

请问退款是不是用英文地址寄过来呀,可这么久了,都两个半月了怎么还没收到啊?应该怎么办才好啊?ETS已经不管这事了,是不是退款收不到了呀,谢谢!

是啊, 我的退款也有2个多月了, 还没有收到. 难道ETS真的不管这事了. 那我们要怎么办?

你给上面这两个邮箱地址发邮件,以前的电话和邮箱都作废了,我是前一段时间在CD上见别人发的贴子,之后给他们发邮件,一周后他们回复的,十天以后就收到他们的支票了,昨天刚办了托收

他们给我发的邮件是这么说的

Your refund check was originally mailed to you approximately December 18, 2005.Your refund status is being investigated and the new check will be issued once it is determined that the original check has not been cashed. I have established a case for you the . The check is currently being traced and if it has not been cashed a replacement check will be reissued and mailed to you within 6-8 weeks.

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

他们是用英文地址寄的,收到后我是在中行办的,20元手续费,10元的邮寄费,总共花了30元.
