不同意B+1 B中提到打獵提早結束，提早打到5%的鵝不代表鵝的數量少，如果是打獵技術好？獵人多呢？...更何況原題中就已經提出鵝的數量遽增威脅到當地的鳥，所以B無關。支持D，原文說要把南方鵝過冬區域的打獵數量限制取消，而D中提到鵝的棲息地已經轉移，反駁。一點愚見，還希望大家繼續討論。

选C：多了一个assmuption: 捕猎者的捕猎量小于鹅的增长量

只有B是直接原因（千万不要自己随便找他因，一定要根据原文）

The restriction has been in place for many years, therefore, its likely that the population of other species has adapt to the environment, that is the balance of ecology. In the past of the many years, similar situation like this may happened,but there is no serious threat to Arctic.

文中很重要的一句话是he hunting season ends if and when hunting has reduced the population by five percent, according to official estimates.  官方估计到某一天，这些雪鹅就会被猎走5%.

恩~~同意哈~只有这个解释看起来稍微正常.我觉得B答案暗含的assuption不是像前面讨论的说SG的数量减少了,所以5%很快就达到了,这个没有解释在schedualed date 之前收工的原因,schedualed date 也是根据当年SG数量来算的,所以,SG数量少,schedualed date 自然提前,而其实B想表达的是猎人对SG的需求的减少,说明他们本来想捕获的数量就不到5%~那么即使是放松限制,让他们想捕多少就捕多少也不会增加捕获的数量,从而 allow other species to recover~
