还有就是merging既然做伴随来说，那时不是就是主句主语法出来的动作，即nuclear fusion merge the nuclei of atoms and rather than splitting them apart.

是不是这里unlike有比较歧义啊，原文意思是Nuclear fusion和nuclear reactor比较，一个merge,一个split. 但是E选项里，unlike接在nuclei of atomes里面，变成atomic reactors和nuclei的比较了，而后面的them按理来说应该指代nuclei of atoms，那么这样一来比较对象也错，逻辑也错？

这也是ETS不倾向在句末用unlike的原因之一吧！

还想问一点就是,这个地方的power是什么意思？？应该怎么理解呢？

还是没搞懂为什么要用现在分词，merging和spliting得逻辑主语到底是什么呢？？

我来说点东西.

B,E都错的原因是用LIKE,而没有正确的比较.

应该是NUCLEAR FUSION 和NUCLEAR FISSION比较,就是核聚变和核裂变

不能LIKE NUCLEAR REACTOR.

D的话,如果是AS HAPPENED IN NUCLEAR REACTORS应该也是对的.

A,C,E的AS XXX都是修饰SPLITTING THEM APART的.

不过AS是介词短语还是连词,我不是非常清楚.
