我觉得这个题目还是B对!结构非常的对称

其中:the next 指的是the next day

对仗非常的工整啊！

不选B的理由就是那个one day. 楼上怎么把这么重要的部分给删了呢?

competing companies one day may be partners the next. 这里one day是时间状语修饰may be, 这句话Competing companies one day may be partners就可以了, 翻译Competing companies哪天就可能成partners了. 再加the next就不对了, 两个时间状语, 一个动词.

One day要做副词修饰competing的话, 在这里应提前, 从而避免歧意. as one day (once) competing companies may be partners the next.

不过你说的很有道理呢, 一个动词两个时间,好象是不太对,

晕了!

我不明白为什么B这么对仗整齐的选项也能错啊?

Sorry, 没注意这个也是你的.

你认为one day和the next (day)是形容词, 修饰companies和partners, 其实不然. 这里应是副词. 举个例: 今天做朋友, 明天做敌人. “今天”和”明天”是副词修饰动词”做”. 若做形容词就是: 做今天的朋友, 做明天的敌人. 不太通吧.

对仗工整的前提是要没有歧义. 这题的难度就在看清每个词的性质, 避免歧义
