c. Correct answer, Personal relationship rather than business plan help entrepreneurs to acquire capitals. Weaken the argument that the business plan is useless.

也就是说secure capital = acquire capital?

还有the much proportion 要大于1/2 total capital的。

那么是不是还有假设就是：那些没有plan的人，如果收不到Personal relationship 给的钱，就肯定要比有plan的花更多的时间去secure？
