Find the alumni in your location, shoot some of them emails telling them your application round and asking for an interview. They will email back with their available interview slots if they have. You can choose the most appropriate one (schedule, location, interviewer's background, etc.), confirm with that interviewer and politely decline other interviewers.

I checked the admission website and noticed that for the second round (application deadline Jan 7), the interview could be completed before Jan 14. However, according to my experience, you have to fill out your interviewer's information in you application(not sure for this year, you can check the online application forms). That is to say, your interview must be confirmed before Jan 7.  

In view of the usual large number of applicants for the second round, better contact alumni interviewers as early as possible.

Thank you very much for your information. I wonder whether Ross is strengthening its network in IB to help more students get into this industry.

偶上周完成了面试。是一个2年级学生做的。 大概45分钟，很标准的问题，resume, why mba, why ross..不过期间那位大大老抬头看锺， 弄得偶有一点点紧张，结果漏了一条简历项目， 被追问了半天。 有点窘，而且回答得不是很好。不知道有没有不良影响。 剩下的就是一条怎么样在ross develop leadership， 有点晕。大家借鉴一下吧。

学校硬件很好，环境不错。 谢谢jim wang同学，百忙中还带我转了一圈。。。也谢谢yang ming同学的指导。

还有一点， 面试是申请中独立的一部分，所以最后的综合评分才算数，但是每一部分都重要。

We don't have the largest network on the Wall Street, but we definitely have one of the strongest. Ross has decent and reputable presence across the top investment banks. Every year, alumni look forward to bringing as many qualified Michigan candidates as possible back to the Wall Street. To achieve this, they squeeze time to come back to campus several times to hold recruitment events, meeting people, educating people and teaching them how to survive the recruitment procedures.

Alumni are among the most dedicated group of people who are interested in getting us on board.

上海我面试的叫HE FEI，男，今年刚从M毕业，在ATK工作，人很NICE/热情/反应比较快。问的基本上都是简历上的东西，有即兴提问。

有其它校友面试过的CDER可以再介绍一下。
