P：因为电车在开动的时候非常耗能。

C：摩托车从烧油转为电动不会省钱。

A.油车加一次可以支持很长一段时间，电车需要频繁的充电。

B.同样的距离，给电车充电的效率成本比汽油的成本低很多.(总成本来削弱）

C.对比油车，电车需要更多的维修，导致更高的成本.(我说A你说B）

D.电车技术发展很快，减少了开始的能耗.(否定前提的方式不可取）
