CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. Currently, there are 83 faculty at CEIBS. From 2018 to 2022, a total of nearly 536 cases have been developed and 550 papers have been published, including 120 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 41 articles in A* Publications.

Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 26 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Job Responsibilities:

This position would be an excellent fit for someone looking to strengthen research skills before applying to PhD programs in behavioral sciences broadly construed (e.g., psychology, consumer behavior, organizational behavior, etc).

Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:

1.  Assist in research, including literature review, conducting experiments both online and offline, analyzing data, coordination of research projects, etc.

2.  Assist in teaching, including course development and design,material preparation, class coordination and other logistic coordination.

3.  General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.

Job Requirements:

1.  Master students with research experience in social psychology, consumer behavior, marketing or management would be preferred.

2.  Familiarity with designing and conducting online experiments. Proficient at using related online platforms such as Qualtrics, Prolific, MTurk, or Credamo.

3.  Familiarity with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis. With experience in using analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R or Python.

4.  Students with basic programming skills are preferred.

5.  Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity.

6.  Excellent English reading and writing ability.

7.  Able to commit for at least 1year.
