Hey there,
It all depends on your career goals. A master of management is a general management degree that can prepare you to do many different types of jobs in business, but if you know you plan to focus on HR for example, the more targeted program at Toronto would likely be the best fit. I’d look at the course catalogue for each school so you can gauge which set of classes will the best preparation for your career goals. Check out employment stats as well (the adcom can provide them) so you can see where graduates tend to get hired (and into which types of positions) & can gauge whether or not a particular program will be better suited to help you land your dream job at your target companies.
