我觉得第一题选C.因为MM not sure about的是the whole class will waiting for us。所以tour will start on time。不知道这样理解对吗？

后一题，我选的和大家一样。

同意sweetstar 对23和28题的意见。

此外，原文中23题的to start properly at nine，好象应该是promptly at nine,表示准9点，properly doesn't make sense.
