楼主今年申请了7所学校，比较幸运地全部拿到面试。这里分享一下面经，攒个人品，希望对大家有帮助~  整个过程中真的得到非常多友善的帮助，自己也借此深度地反省了很多，等到申请季的结束一定会再总结一下一路过来的心得。

CBS (Regular Decision, admitted)
面试官是校友，斯文儒雅的风格，约在了北京的某星巴克

追问-之前做什么去了（因为我确实是大龄...)

What is my specific job responsibility
Explain on the innovation process (和我的工作相关）
后面就切到中文聊了，之后还给了很多靠谱的建议，回来当天就给我写了feedback report, 可能是因为知道RD的时间已经偏晚，所以真的是非常感激。一共聊了50分钟左右。

小花絮是面试前一天晚上我在思考穿什么正装，刚咨询完我的mentor，建议是一定要dress formal, 下一秒收到面试官的邮件过来说pls. dress casual。所以我就穿着毛衣去面的试....
楼主的时间表是: 11/29 submit, 12/29 interview invite, 1/13 interview and report sumbitted (给力的面试官），1/26 admitted

坊间一直有CBS的RD不招大陆学生的说法，所以给大家励志一下，只要申请足够用心，RD还是可以录的！

Tuck (Nov. Round, admitted)
面试的是二年级学生，萌帅萌帅的墨西哥人，上来就说面试分三部分，一是关于简历和career, 二是behavior, 三是question to him. 问题大概有：
Walk me through you resume
Talk about your typical day （followup question)
When you call colleagues from other countries, what do you discuss about (followup question)
Why MBA and why now
How Tuck can help on your career goals
Contribution to tuck
Give an example that your team in conflicts
Tuck's mission is to educate wise leaders to better the world, what's your understanding of a "wise" leader
Any example on this "wise" leadership you have demonstrated
Any ethical dilema you've met
Any failure experience
A situation you don't have enough information to make decisions
What you are passionate about
Any community service
Question to him (我问了三个,他回答得特别详细耐心，解释了半天）
一共聊了50分钟出头~

Tuck Another Interview
就是Tuck传说中会有的另一轮，CD上之前的帖子有提到，应该是测英语口语。收到的邮件是从一个私人邮箱发过来的，直接约了第二天晚上的11点。是non-video, 直接skype电话聊的。问题感觉也没什么参考的必要了，因为非常的Random, 我说到哪，她就追问到哪里，都是些日常的对话，比如北京的天气啊，中国的教育啊，还有一些工作相关的问题问到我的思考，但都比较简单，没有典型的why MBA why Tuck 或者behavior问题。面试官的口语也一点口音都没有，非常的好懂。一共聊了20分钟。

Darden Interview （R2, admitted）
30分钟Blind review，长自我介绍就开场了，中间会打断问问题
Why you chose Sweden for graduate study?
Education difference between Europe and China?
What products you work on? (我见她很有共鸣，多说了些这个品牌的历史，好像跑题，被她拉回来了....）
Role difference between local and global team
Is that your current role
You've got long and diversified working experience, why do you apply for MBA
Where you want to work after graduation
What's your criteria for selecting b-school
How do you know about Darden
Any activities you want to join (in and out of class)
Any question for me
Any thing you prepared but not yet talk about

Kellogg Interview (Feb.6, admitted）
开场10分钟中文闲聊，但是感觉没有聊出chemistry出来，不知道是不是我太缺乏幽默感，虽然面试官是本科学校的学长。这部分气氛略冷，进到英文反倒好一点....

幸运地遇到了一位非常nice的美女校友面试官，上来就说我过会会go through一些标准问题，完全没有再多加发挥

Any more you want to share? (这里开始切到中文了）

中文又聊了大概10分钟，非常open地分享了她自己的职业经历，以及booth的经历是如何在Biz knowledge和mindset两个层面都帮助到了她。真的是非常authentic的一个校友, 感觉Booth在我心中的印象分蹭蹭地又上涨了~

HBS Interview (Feb.23，Wailist后转正）
之前并没有期待能收到H的面试，加上基本上也是最后一场了，在漫长的申请季结束时想给自己来个Treat, 于是毅然选择了On Campus面试。这几天下来，觉得漫长20小时的flight真的非常值得。坐在教室里才真正体会到Case Method真的能够激发思考而不是被动的概念学习，走在冰雪未融的小径上，看着远远的红墙与蓝天，能感觉到宁静中透着美与力量。

On campus的面试比想象的人要多很多，大家到reception 签到和休息后，便坐在圆桌边一边等待一边开始闲聊，聊聊background和未来的计划，真的是什么样的背景都有。还有MED school 几乎是组团来面试的，不少人都有Harvard其它学院的教育背景。

很好玩的是每当AO在外面喊，10点半面试的同学出来集合—— 留下的人会纷纷地鼓掌给大家打气，AO们还播放出一小段超high的小曲，感觉更像是要去参加舞会典礼什么的，而不是面试。集合的时候AO还带着大家做姿势舒展，提醒大家摆出有信心的gesture.

同一时间段大概有8个房间在同时面试，时间卡得很严，整整30分钟。一共两个面试官，一个主问，一个记录。我自己的申请材料就摆在前面，感觉到问题都是准备好的，一个接一个，非常密集。追问并不太多，而是不停变换角度来问。

之前还有想想要准备什么small talk, 发现并没有什么必要，面试官问了句how's you flight, 寒暄一下马上宣告进入正题了。后来查了下面试官的背景，并不是AO, 而是某个initiative的Director, 本人也是HBS MBA 毕业。

- Provide details on the two stories in the essay, with 2-3 followup
- Consumers' flavor preference in China market, how's that different vs. other market
- Competitor context
- If giving advice to the CEO of your company, what would that be (这里直接就把我们公司的CEO名字说出来了，特别surprising...)
- followup on my answer
- what you've learned from the global role
- what's your transition from individual contributor to team leader
- what do you do in spare time
- recent book you read (followup)
- why you want to do consulting after b-school
- what keep you in your company for so many years
- How are you going to leverage HBS resources

最后提醒我时间到了，但还是允许我补充一下有没有什么要add on. 整个过程最大的感觉就是节奏超快，问题倒是不刁钻。感觉就是想从各个角度多了解我。对我的回答他们不时的点头和记录，非常的nice。不管一个月后结果如何，还是不虚此行啦~~

Sloan Interview (Mar 22，Ding after interview)AO在北京的面试，都是提前准备好的题目，以behavior为主，还记得的有以下～
A time the result not good
A time when the team morale was not high
How to build connection with someone different with you （后面有Folllowup)
self introduction (like in an elevator)
