作文：一个工程师给CEO提建议说。公司过去之前多次投资都不成功，然后说the production cost of a type of the material that is used to manufacture  a type of eyeglass frames is high，而且公司以前都是把这个眼镜框outsourcing 给别的公司，然后价格是35美元，如果我们能够投资5000000而且再另外雇佣一个员工的话，我们自己能够以25元的成本生产出来那个眼镜框，然后那个工程师说这是最大效益的利用我们公司的financial resources，然后会盈利in the following years
