Hi there. First off, nice work on that GMAT, my friend! You definitely have a lot going for you in your profile. Of course, I'll need to dig muuuuch deeper in your profile to truly develop your overall application strategy, but here are some thoughts on what I've seen so far.
The biggest pros for you are your GMAT score, your International experience (both work and education) and the fact that you have some management/leadership experience. The two that could be the most valuable for you will be the latter two: international and leadership experience. These are two things that set you apart from so many of the MANY applicants coming from China (most have not been to the US, let alone studied or worked there. And many applicants from Asia do not come with a ton of leadership experience... so the fact that you do is a GREAT thing for you). And as an applicant coming from such a competitive applicant pool, the name of the game is setting yourself apart and showing how you're unique and stronger than the others. So those are two things you'll want to shine a STRONG light on in your apps. Especially since you're not coming from a top school in China... which is going to be a challenge you'll need to overcome in your apps.
How you do that is a different story and, again, for that I'd need to know much more about your experience, etc. But hopefully that's a good starting point. If you want to chat more about this, shoot me a message on We Chat. Happy to dig in a bit more.
Best,
