有一个实际操作中的问题想请教一下，根据申请系统里的要求申请人undergraduate/postgraduate学校给出的所有官方原件是要用信封封住的:
Kindly note that only documents in an envelope sealed by the university/ issuing organization is considered valid. You may request
your university/ issuing organization to send official academic documents directly to us.
同时申请系统要求里也强烈建议我们使用电子版submit：
There are 2 ways for submissions: Document Upload (strongly recommended)
One convenient way to submit your supporting documents is by uploading softcopies. The Document Upload function is available after
your application fee is settled.
You may upload the scanned version of the transcript which you have right now and request the school to send the extra copy to the university in a sealed envelope afterwards. Both soft copy and hard copies are needed.

留意到邀请信里面要求：
" Certified true copy of your graduate certificate (not necessary for degree obtained from Universities in Hong Kong). You may obtain a certified true copy through the service provided by either a notary public, chartered accountant or practicing solitcitor"
