MSF会比较Quant，毕业后比较好进Trading
IBD， Equity research 的话，MBA会比较好
但楼主都已经工作3年了，我觉得还是MBA吧。

我也有这样的考虑。
而且我也有leadership的经验，也不知道自主创业加分不加分> <

创业很好啊，但要把创业和你的其他经历连成一条线
这样你的ESSAY会更POWERFUL
可能是，你一直都在追求XXXXX

Hey there,
Great to hear from you! Let me jump in and answer your questions:

1. If you want to study NOW then your only real option is the MSF. You don’t yet have enough experience for an MBA. But if you were to do it in two+ years you could do either. An MSF is more technical, and MBA is more management oriented.

2. Too early for an MBA!!

3. Actually it doesn't matter which test you take. If you are only going for finance I would suggest the MBA

4.Without a GMAT, no. You will need 2-3 months minimum studying for it. and now, by the time that happens deadlines for R2 will be over. So next year is better.
