关于一条sc狗的讨论

lz遇到了的第一个sc就是America has the power to do还是of doing，蒙蔽了一会儿然后远了to do！我觉得我错了
如果你们遇到了！请参考og17 740！
我的理解是power没有自己发出动作的能力，所以不能用to（个人理解，大家可以讨论）

最后大家讨论了一下应该用has the power to do
一是ron说的抽象名词用to do，具体名词用of doing
二是有cders问了美国人说是power of doing这种说法不对，原因不知道哈！！
三是还有CDer查了字典上也是这么说的。

我觉得不是自己发出动作的问题
比如
Mary has the will to win the first prize.(不用of winning)
玛丽有获得一等奖的决心。
He has drawn a conclusion to go abroad with his family.(不用of winning)
这些名词也不能自己发出动作啊

还有个疑问就是我记得有个题就是说的sb is the first women to win 。。。prize
我觉得表示一次性动作可以用to do
表示功能或者能力用of doing
可能不是因为这个什么发出动作。

power我查词典，当表示[Right/Authority]时：
power to do something
? The committee has the power to order an enquiry.
power of arrest/veto etc
? The chairman has the power of veto on all decisions.

是啊, the goal of (doing) sth。
我还看到过RON的笔记， A Noun to Verb只有在noun是抽象名词时才正确，如：A way to produce good../ A reason to try harder，这些都不能发出主动动作

这里    但我对于感觉A Noun To Verb这一条不太好用
