Assosiate Analyst在银行算是什么级别的工作

    本人211&985金融学本科毕业，没工作经验，最近在HSBC和Moody官网看到有招Assosiate Analyst，要求刚好也只是本科金融，就试着投CV和CL。但是后来一个刚认识的以前也做过银行的前辈告诉我我申请的这个职位太高级了，一般不会请我这种刚毕业的本科生，然后推荐我去从teller做起。
    所以小弟想请教一下CD的各位大牛们，Assosiate Analyst大概是个什么样的职位？我申请是不是没戏了？像我这种情况入门应该先做啥？

Analyst：助理经理
Associate：经理
VP：中级经理
D：高级经理
ED：副总经理
MD：总经理

Associate Analyst 是比较Junior的级别，主要做一些基础性工作，比如数据分析、资料搜集、撰写报告神马的。

Hey there, associate analyst is basically the most jonior level position. Typically the structure goes like this:

Associate analyst->analyst->associate-VP/AD etc.

For some of the banks they dont necessarily have the associate analyst position and therefore it will start from the analyst level directly

As to whether or not you are competent enough for the work I would say they recruit you for a reason. If they give you an offer that means they trust that with some sorts of training you should be qualified for your work.

Thanks a lot , so may I ask you which position in bank is suitable for fresh undergraduates who don't have much experience related to bank jobs?
