這題的破題關鍵在找出斷橋（logical gap），也就是邏輯含義上的斷點。那麼斷橋怎麼找呢？簡單來說就是結論裡出現前面沒有出現過的新概念。

結論：Clearly, the very insincerity that people decry shows that our government is functioning well.
這句話裡，innsincerity that people decry在第一句開頭有出現（Voters commonly condemn politicians for being insincere），
但our government is functioning well這個概念則是在前面完全沒有出現的。
前面都沒有提到「政府的功能」，最後結論突然冒出一個「政府功能運作優良」，這就是突然蹦出來的新概念。
那麼，只要這個新概念無法跟前面兩句話提到的概念有相關，就是屬於點出斷橋型的削弱了（邏輯鏈接不起來）。

我觉得在这道题题干叙述中暗含的意思是government function well体现在achieve politically necessary compromises, which is different from political compromises. 后者指的是一个更大的范畴，如此理解才能对应上OG对于选项B的解释啊
