1.21 北京关于公司培训new employees
一个［tire company］的某director向ceo提意见说：
培训对任何公司来讲都很重要，我们应该学习［the fun toy］公司的做法，给senior employees一些salary bonus让他们volunteer to “ take on an apprentice”，这样这些新的employees就能跟着他们学will learn to follow the patterns of those senior employees了，所以那些expensive and time－consuming programs就不需要了，

考到了一个business manager的建议
一月份的时候把luxury刊登在local newspaper上，combined sales of luxury and inexpensive model高。
二月份把inexpensive models刊登在luxury前面，sales 比一月低
所以business manager建议要看刊登luxury还是主要是luxury还是要把luxury印在前面来着。。。
