同意你的意见，我刚刚查了一下逻辑大全，里面有这么一个句子who is consequently able to reduce his or her effective tax rate, 所以说正确的用法应该是reduce the rate，而且longman 中reduce 的不及物用法与这里的意思不同，所以这里肯定是reduce的及物动词的用法，所以同意被动，如果是被动，那就同意选B.

题目问的是possible，该如何理解呢？是不是只要有可能就行了啊，这样的话不是应该选D吗？条件1虽然不一定能推出n被m整除，但是有可能啊
