pounds是重量，是磅，the canoe是独木舟，是个实义名词啊，我觉得平行的话应该是baggage的重量和canoe的重量平行，而不是重量和独木舟平行啊

可是事实上题目中是pounds和canoe平行，tania读读原题体会一下：

不对，题目中是说独木舟能承担4个人和800磅重的行李，但是它却很轻，一个人就可以拎的动，所以不是独木舟和800磅平行

其实这个可以这么算：

两边同时乘以100，变成15x＋29y＝440

很明显y必须使得29y的个位数是5或者0；这样的话，y取5或者10或者15；都试一下就可以了。

嗯。有看了一下。感觉这句话确实是baggage和canoe在平行，不过这道题里面的of表示的不是所有格，是不是不存在歧义的可能呢？
