I do not know if anyone can give you an affirmative answer. It might be true as many people might not have figured out a way to crack BF problems and therefore BF problems might have higher return on score. What I am not sure is if ETS has passed the experimental stage on BF. I think it is safe to say that ETS tested BF first so BF might not count in the early stages.
