这个肯定不是比较主语customers, 应该是比较speed, current possible (speeds)

不过这个我也做不对....

我的理解是:

at speeds (which would be) much higher than (they) are currently posible.

speeds 和 speeds 比, 后面一个speeds 被省略了.
