急问背景调查！！！！

学校说要背景调查，烦人啊！！！！请XDJM们指点指点：

1、会怎么查工作背景呢？？我可真不想让单位领导知道，否则签不成，工作也受影响。

2、当年学校的成绩单是系里负责成绩的老师开的（因为刚毕业的学生可以不去教务处），要核实的话，教务处根本没有签字的那个老师啊！！！！

再有，当初做成绩的时候删掉了一些课程（体育、马哲之类的，因为觉得没必要，而且成绩也不高），会不会有很大的影响啊！！！！！

well, to be honest, this is pretty risky. you could have reported the actual transcript and explained that these courses lowered your overall GPA in your additional essay. This would be perfectly acceptable. but now, i don't know...

I wouldn't worry too much.  The school has spent time and manpower reviewing your app and interviewing you.  So as long as they don't find major issues such as forged transcripts or fake recommendations, you should be fine.  My suggestion is, don't get paranoid, but be prepared to answer inquiry from the school.  

Not sure what will happen if they can not verify your transcripts, though.  But the "presumed innocence" should always stand, I believe.
