这题我也选错了，几经挑选还是排除了D选择了C。

当时放弃选择D的理由是，我认为，厂商的利润来自于将货物销售retailers的过程之中。至于retailers是不是囤货等等，并不影响。

至于厂商的利润如果直接来自于customers的话，D我也就无话可说了。

但是对C的态度依然很模糊，结论中Nevertheless, the manufacturers could often make more profit by not holding the promotions。 C的支持或许离得有些远了。
