答案是B没有问题，但是我排出D的原因是：即使‘total market value of all illegal copies is low’ 还是意味着会有相应的损失
,而且这个损失就绝对数量来说还可能很大
然而OG对D的解释为：This comparison is faulty: The loss is not being considered in the context of total industry
revenues but in the context of total sales of programs.

我不是很理解这个解释，这和比较对象有什么关系？ 求指点
