没有说士兵就是支持者？而且，主语也不是士兵。是1918年一战结束后，“大兵的回国” 为这些信仰G Message的人创造了理想的constituency。

虽然，不知道constituency确切是啥意思，不过，constitution是宪法，那么constituency也应该是类似于保证，支持的意思吧。
