COLD CALL技巧

请教一下 大家打COLD CALL的时候有什么技巧么? 要老实说自己是什么公司的么?还是装成另外一个公司?
一般打几个公司会有一个愿意TALK的?


现在头很大啊

Pleasure to share my opinion, but can't guarantee it is the right way:


1/ Sometimes call from stranger is welcome as soon as you are polite and know who you are calling. I had nothing he can benfit but pleasure to chat.


2/ It is advisable to leave a message when he/she is absent and tell that you will call later.


3/ Be patient and nice pl with 0-cost information.

another quick question:如果遇到VOICE MAIL, 您是选择留下邮箱和手机号码,希望他回复您还是直接挂电话,下次继续打?

Colleagues do it like this: without self-introduction; directly ask questions; be concise and polite.
