1, Make some visible changes, go out and get more opportunities, willing to try new things. Never say no to what you really want to do. You never well-prepared for everything, and you never know what you can f you never try it.
2, Take care of your career development, no one care that, even your mentor. Mentor is those who willing to help you but do not have responsibility to do that. You need to look for both the mentor and someone responsible to help you.
3, Have fun, make it fun, no matter what it is. If not, get out of it, leave it away.
4, you are always building skills, no matter you like it or not. Keep moving, you will get rewarded.
