答案是B,我选的C.
B和C都是说Aspirin不好. 但是怎么排除C的呢???

突然有点理解了。对前人可能帮助不大了，但是希望可以帮助后人吧。他说，

M-Fever 自身刺激白细胞增长来抗病毒，同时抑制致病细菌增长。 aspirin可以退烧，但是被建议使用于M-fever退烧功效。Must be true 问题。

B说，使用aspirin退烧后，反而停止了M-fever自身“刺激白细胞增长来抗病毒，同时抑制致病细菌增长”的作用，由此反而只会延长病情。

C其实说aspirin 好，有助于则多白细胞，以对抗疾病。B我就看到prolong就困惑了。。。同求解！ 我觉得A好啊，A不是说aspirin 能治病么。文中第一句不就说aspirin能治fever 和其他一些病么

我觉得B选项，some diseases 是apirin所不能杀除的，只有轻微的fever所带来的 active white blood cells可以消除。
                   用aspirin剥夺了white blood cells 的active的机会。所以从某种程度上来说可以说是延长了其他病的病情。（因为其他病可以让white blood cells 搞好的）
   C选项，文章没有说aspirin对white blood cells  有任何作用，也就是说，aspirin直接的对white blood cells 无影响。

那么B选项中的prolong a patient's illness 这个是怎么从题干中得到的啊？
题目中只是说了aspirin eliminate moderate fever, moderate fever stimulates the activity of white blood cells and inhibits the growth of disease-causing bacteria
并不能从中aspirin要延长illness啊·

我理解的是 文章给出两个事实：
1. 阿司匹林抑制发热
2.发热又有利于抵抗疾病

那么把这两个逻辑关系连起来就是 ：阿司匹林抑制了抵抗疾病
这个是题目most strongly support的conclusion

至于阿司匹林是怎么抑制白细胞的不是这两个事实推出的“结论”
而是一种分析，猜测

我觉得这道题的B实在有点无法说服我自己。
这个prolong illness 是否可以理解为，让病好不了。
因为阿司匹林退了烧，使fighting没有了，自然病就好不了了。。。
